I’ve been a designer ever since I can remember. I grew up in a household of creatives and makers. My amazing mom was a Martha Stewart type way before Martha became famous, thus teaching us how to sew, embroider, knit, crochet, paint and build things out of anything you can imagine. It was only natural that I’d have a creative job.
During my career I’ve been a junior designer at a car magazine, designer for a direct mail ad company, art director for a retail packaging company and creative director at a pharmaceutical company. Last but not least, here I am, now, helping my own clients build their branding and websites. I almost forgot to mention that I’m an award winning designer with several published pieces. On my off hours you can find me still doing creative things. I love ogling all the eye candy on Pinterest for inspiration, sewing and assembling cosplay (fancy word for costumes), and geeking out with my husband at DragonCon, or some other local con. I also cherish time with my friends, enjoying delicious meals and conversations, hosting monthly board game nights and going on a few camping trips a year to reconnect with the great outdoors and refresh those creative juices.
